Yesterday was our yearly day out with the girls! (aka Steph and family!) - we went to Goodwood Ladies Day (and it rained!) However rain never stopped us having a fab day and on checking my money when I got home I had spent £18 (not as good as last year when I actually came home with more than I left with!!).

I should't bet on the horses (its a mugs game!), I musn't lose too much money (I have children to feed!) It is impossible to win anything! (well I was only putting £2-£4 per race!) Well anything can happen - I was having bad luck - wasn't winning anything!! I decided for the last race to phone Jack - told him to pick a number between 1 and 22 and he choose 8 - I put £2 (last of the big spenders!) on number 8 (Total Impact) to win - and it did - we won £14.00!!!! I only had £7.00 of this as I agreed to split the winnings with Jack! - Anything can happen!
