Sugar Bowl - sketch challenge 10

Here's the sketch - but I didn't use a Sugar Nellie stamp (tsk tsk!!)

I have used Whiff of Joy Stamp - Princess Charlotte - coloured in using Prisma Pencils and blended with sansador and paper stumps. The PP's are all DCWV Nanna's Nursery Girl and Boy, Bling is Papermania, Prima flowers, Metal Flower is Dovecraft, Charm is from a selection at The Hobby House, Metal frame is from the Hodgepodge collection from Stampin Up!
I have made this card for a Special Little Girl who has just become a Big Sister.
