Mum's 65th Birthday Card
A 65th Birthday card for my Mum - it has been such a long time since I inked up a Magnolia stamp and coloured her in - I seem to have drifted away from them, not because I don't love them as I do - I just don't seem to have the time anymore!
Also when I see my sisters fabby cards - I just think it is easier to get her to make my cards!!!! Just pop over to her blog and take a look, I am so pround to say she has been asked to join another DT - Saturated Canary - the digi images are to die for!!
I am a scrapbooker at heart - the card making is just a little dabbling here and there - so getting a card like this from me - you are highly honoured!! I have used TH papers - which have been distressed with Tattered Rose, the image coloured in with Prisma Pencils, cut out using Nestabilites, and glittered with Stickles. Ribbon and pins from my stash, flowers given to me by my sister, sentiment and tage punches are Stampin Up.
Thanks for looking - and Mum loved her card and I wish her a very Happy Birthday and Happy Retirement - she so deserves to rest and put her feet up - but if you are wondering where I get my whizzing around from - the apple doesn't fall far from the tree......my Mum never stops!
