A little bit of scrapping
Here in the south we have Goodwood - and it is described as 'An English Estate like no other' - when it is on your doorstep - you really don't appreciate it. I attend Glorious Goodwood most years (see blog post on 31st August for scrapbook page!) - this is a beautiful horseracing track in the heart of the South Downs the view is stunning - yes, I live about a 15 minute drive from this!
There other major events held at Goodwood Race Track - one is Goodwood Festival Of Speed (FOS) and for the first time we took Jack - he loved it, and at the time we went he was learning to drive, but he had the opportunity to sit in his dream car, an Audi R8 - he was beyond excited!
These papers are from a Swedish Collection by Maja Design - Denim and Friends collection - all other embellishments are from my stash, wooden stars, cork stars, and brads/stickers. The title is American Craft thickers.
The other event is Goodwood Revival - this is all old vintage cars and stalls and you are encouraged to dress up in vintage clothing. The only problem was it rained on the day we went and the heavens opened and we had to give up and come home, thankfully we didn't have far to travel!
Again this is the same manufacturer of papers - but these are Summer Crush collection - I thought the vintage car was just perfect - alphabet is a combination of Thickers and Websters pages and all I added was some Prima flowers - I really didn't think it needed any more.
Thanks as always for looking
